The second generation of the very popular and stable Reebok Legacy Lifter weightlifting shoes.
The effective heel height is again 22 mm.
Compared to the previous version, there is only one very wide foot retraction strap.
Compared to the other weightlifting shoes, the Legacy Lifter III is slightly heavier.
This is a shoe that was created with the help of American weightlifter CJ Cummings, so it is a very high quality weightlifter.
New PUMP technology for adjusting the shoe.
The boots have increased stability thanks to the added lateral support of the velde heel.
World junior weightlifting champion CJ Cummings, who currently competes in the under 73kg category, helped design these shoes.
New PUMP technology for adjusting the shoe.
The Reebok Legacy Lifter III is one of the most comfortable weightlifting shoes on the market, and its also a high quality weightlifting shoe with PUMP technology that allows you to tweak the fit for squats and then re-adjust for deadlifts.
The effective heel height is 22mm, which puts this shoe in the highest heel group and the shoes are therefore a bit heavier as well.
This is a very sturdy weightlifting shoe that has a well reinforced entire back and is one of the best for weightlifting.
The shoes are also ideal for people who have wider feet and are not suited to, for example, the Romaleos 2 or 4.
The bottom has been designed to be non-slip and you can fully rely on the shoe.
The front of the shoe is a little softer than, for example, Nike weightlifting shoes, so it may be more suitable for someone who prefers a little flexibility in their weightlifting shoes.

Heel construction:
The Reebok Legacy Lifters have a heel made of hard thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), which is a lightweight, incompressible material that is often used for its durability and abrasion resistance.
Buying shoes is usually no small investment, so how do you treat your shoes to make them last as long as possible and perform at their best?
1) Choosing the right size
It is important to remember that weightlifting shoes are not walking shoes. On the contrary, you will be in these shoes for a relatively short period of time during your workouts. Understandably, the shoe needs to be comfortable and shouldnt put tremendous pressure on you. However, if you choose a shoe a size or two too big then you cannot expect the shoe to serve you well. You should always keep in mind that these are shoes that are meant to "pin" you to the floor and provide stability and strength. Thats why we recommend you to try the shoes personally in our WORKOUT store in Prague, where you can compare them with others and also try them out during exercise.
2) Tightening
It is a common phenomenon that when tying the shoe, in order to achieve the greatest possible tightening and fixing of the shoe on the foot, athletes try to do a slow deadlift with the laces.... Absolutely not!!! Of course the laces tighten securely, but the primary tightening is provided only by the drawstrings. If you tighten the laces so to speak to blood, then under the stress of training when your foot swells, the laces will have no choice but to travel and so-called cut through the shoe to freedom - and you certainly dont want that.
3) Ventilation
Weightlifting shoes usually have a long lifespan, so theyll be with you for a while. Thats why you need to give them adequate care. Especially if you have frequent workouts, its a good idea to take the insoles out of the shoes after training and let the shoes air out. Never dry your shoes on a heater or near heat sources - they will crack and ruin them.
A wet cloth will do for washing -(never a washing machine).
