This ultra-thin construction provides maximum grip on the outside and a smooth, comfortable surface on the inside. Tactical 2.0 is an extremely responsive, burr-free grip that allows for a natural feel in the hand and an increased sense of control.

HOW TO CARE FOR THE DOWEL RODS

Lightly hand wash the inside of the grips and wrist bands in a soapy solution only (4 liters of water to 1 tablespoon of soap). Wipe the rubber (outside) side of the grips with white vinegar to clean them and hang them to dry. Our grips should be changed every 4 to 6 months, based on average use. Please note that the durability of the grips can be affected by the intensity and volume of your workout. Although our grips are durable, we recommend that you prioritize safety as your grips age.

NOTES

*Due to extreme thinness, this material is not intended for athletes weighing over 185 lbs. Use of the grips by persons weighing above the recommended value will void the warranty.

**Three finger grips are designed and intended for use with fingers through the finger holes. These grips are not intended to be thrown over the bar and used as fingerless grips. Use of grips without using the finger holes will void the warranty.
