The backpack is designed for our fitness customers who need plenty of space to carry their gear while they workout.

There is a bottle pocket on both sides of the backpack. Above these pockets are two strips of Velcro for patches. You will also find a place for patches on one bottle pocket and the WORKOUT logo on the other. The carrying system guarantees comfort and excellent back ventilation. The shoulders and back are padded and fitted with mesh.

  • The backpack has a special ventilated shoe pocket.
  • It has the highest quality nylon material.
  • With internal and external pockets, this backpack will be fully sufficient for all your gear.
  • You can adjust the backpack to your needs thanks to the compensating straps on each side, bottom and top.
  • By shortening the side straps, you can flatten the pack for situations such as when the main compartment is empty and the smaller pockets are full.
  • The backpack has several places (front and side) for patches so you can personalise it.
  • The mesh padding on the back and shoulders makes the backpack very comfortable to wear.
  • The capacity of the backpack is 30 litres.

The backpack has 6 spacious pockets

  • The main compartment, which is the largest with Velcro, you can open the whole compartment and put all the equipment you need during training. Inside this pocket there is also a pocket where you can put your documents so they dont get crumpled.
  • The bottom large pocket, designed for shoes.
  • A back pocket on the back, which can fit things like a laptop or workout gear.
  • Front pocket for small items.
  • Side pocket on the right side where you can put a 1.5 litre bottle.
  • Side pocket on the left side for small things like jump rope, callouses or a snack.

FITNESS BACKPACK WORKOUT 30L
I have purchased and received this backpack on December 2, 2023. I like the design, size, pocket and water bottle holder. I did not use it right away since I was using a 45L backpack of Built for Athletes.

I started using this WORKOUT backpack just the start of this month of March 2024 because I have managed to reduce the stuff I need to carry on a daily basis, just the stuff I really need. A few days ago, toward the end of the March when packing my stuff, I noticed the stitches at the bottom part and the harness starting to stitch apart.

Again, I am happy with the design, weight and pockets but completely dissatified with the quality of this backpack.

My honest opinion.
