Three-toed calluses protect your hands from the formation and cracking of calluses. This allows you to exercise longer, without pain and with a firmer grip.
Crackers consist of two materials. The first holds well in the castle and at the same time keeps the magnesium on for an even better grip. The other protects your hand and the whole callus gets firmer.
We recommend using magnesium, thanks to which the grips hold on the bar significantly better.
In addition, there is a soft part around your wrist that will make your stroke very pleasant when you hang on the horizontal bar.
These calluses are intended for both professionals and beginners. Nobody wants cracked calluses.
Do you decide between two or three fingers? The three-toed fingers have a larger surface area and will protect you more. But two-fingered is enough for many people and if you have a smaller palm and fingers, it fits better on your hand.
