The roller has a special surface with three different massage zones:

  • Large soft areas simulating the touch of the palm of the hand
  • Oblong rectangles of medium stiffness simulates the touch of the fingers
  • Small firmer squares simulate the touch of the fingertips

The roller helps to increase elasticity and range of motion, improving overall body biomechanics for your performance or normal daily activities. Helps reduce tension, stiffness and soreness in the muscular system. With regular use, it can prevent muscle injuries. Hollow core roller hand wrapped with EVA foam, making it a harder option than regular rollers.

Testing has confirmed the rollers resistance to a 225kg static load.
