Not sure about the size of shoes or clothes?
Contact us and we will be happy to advise you individually. Of course, if the product still does not suit you, it can be returned or replaced. However, it must only be tried and not used.

Do you not like the size of the purchased goods or do you need to claim the product?
Send the product with a copy of the invoice to our address WORKOUT, Suchý vršek 33, 158 00, Prague 5. Write the reason for the return or return of the product and whether you wish to return the money or exchange it for another size. If you wish to exchange for a different size, please contact us.

Do you need accurate information when you receive the goods?

Is it possible to park in front of the WORKOUT shop in Prague?
Yes, there are two large parking lots next to the store. Whether you come from the direction of metro Hůrka or from Jeremiášova street. Map of the shop can be found here.

Is it possible to merge orders?
Of course, contact us by email or phone and we will be happy to combine your orders.

Do you also send to my country?
Probably yes. We ship to all of Europe and also to America, Dubai and some other Asian countries.

I found a product on your eshop, but I need a different size.
Send us an e-mail to info@workout.eu or contact us at +420 775 564 689 and we will verify the availability of the product of your desired size and try to ensure it.

Are team discounts available at your eshop?
Team discounts are possible and we deal with them individually. We are already working with many CrossFit Boxes and will be happy to offer you advantageous conditions. We would be pleased if you contact us at sales@workout.cz.

I am interested in printing products purchased for you or our team. Possible?
Yes, please contact us at sales@workout.cz and we will be happy to provide you with printing under very advantageous conditions.

Will I pay customs and VAT, when the order will arrive in my country?
It depends on the fact, if you are from European Union and Northern Ireland or not.
When sending to European Union countries, there are no customs and VAT to be paid.
If you are from a country, which is not from European Union, then you will have to pay VAT and customs in your country.

Can I pay the courier, when my order arrives?
It mostly depends on the country, where are you from. Check our available couriers when finishing your order.

Is it possible to cooperate with WORKOUT.EU as CrossFit Box or Weightlifting team?
Yes, we would love to cooperate with you. We already cooperate with more than 40 CrossFit boxes and 3 weightlifting national teams.
